Training

    We use a conscientious, methodical approach in our training program. We start young horses correctly and offer advanced schooling at a competitive level. Bring your horse for a few fine-tuning sessions, or board your horse at our facility for a personal, in-depth training program.

Dressage training

    Trainer Katherine Bruce, "L" Judge, USDF Bronze and Silver Medalist, is a well known member of the dressage community, with decades of training and showing experience under her belt. Kathi is currently showing at Grand Prix level dressage and competes on several horses in the FEI levels. Kathi also has evented through Preliminary level. She has trained extensively with George Williams, Gunner Ostergaard, Pam Goodrich and Sarah Geikie.

    Kathi has a well respected reputation for success with horses of all levels, breeds, and temperaments. At any area show you are likely to see horses who have trained with Kathi. Whether starting your youngster or schooling your advanced competition horse, she has the experience and qualifications to help your horse achieve its very best.

Well rounded training

    Kathi firmly believes in well rounded training for all horses. Kathi trains more than dressage. She teaches horses to be "solid citizens" and trustworthy partners. In addition to show horses, Kathi frequently works with pleasure and trail horses. She even trains her own Grand Prix horses outdoors and on the trail. Through brooks, over hills, and past cow pastures - she's adapt at working through obstacles in a calm, focused manner. She has a reputation for helping riders work through challenges with their horse. Your horse will learn real world skills and become your partner for life.
